Yulovsk lake is artificially created pond in the late XIX century. 100 years ago, the landlord made a dam on the river Yulovka (the river basin of Sura), to power a water mill. The dam was durable that’s why the pond exists nowadays. This is an artificial lake with 2 km length, width in 500 meters, depth to 15 meters and surprisingly beautiful. The pond is powered by springs.
